Social media management

Social media that runs itself, with posts your customers actually respond to.

We agree the plan with you, write and design the posts, put them on a schedule, reply to comments, and report what worked each month. You approve, then get back to running the business.

Is this you?

This is for you if...

  • You know you should post, but there is never time in the week.
  • You post in bursts, then go quiet for a month.
  • Your pages look empty, and you are not sure what to post.
  • You want posts that start conversations and replies.
  • You have tried doing it yourself, and it keeps slipping to the bottom of the list.
  • You are launching, and want your pages to look alive from day one.

What you get

What you get, and why it matters.

  • A content calendar you approve before anything goes out

You see the plan, the captions and the schedule a week ahead. Nothing is posted behind your back.

  • Posts written and designed for your brand

Captions, simple visuals and templates that look consistent, so the page reads as one business, not a pile of random images.

  • A posting schedule that does not miss

Posts go out on the days and times we agreed, so the page stays active even in your busiest weeks.

  • Replies to comments and messages, in your voice

People who take the time to comment get an answer. We use the tone you approve, and flag anything that needs you.

  • One place to see everything

The calendar and the drafts live in one shared view, so you always know what is going out and what is coming next.

  • An easy-to-understand report every month

What we posted, what reached people, what they responded to, and what we will change next month. No jargon.

What is not included

What is not included, and what to do instead.

Every project has edges. We name ours up front, so there are no surprises later.

  • Paid ad spend and ad management

Running ads is a separate service with its own budget. See the Meta Ads page, or ask on the call.

  • Replies outside working hours

We answer on working days, Hong Kong time. Weekend and overnight cover is not included.

  • Video filming and editing

We will schedule video you supply, and can add filming or editing as a separate piece of work.

  • Influencer fees and paid collaborations

We can help you plan a collaboration, but the fee an influencer charges is yours to agree and pay.

How it works

Four steps, and you approve the price before step three.

  1. Step 1 · 30 minutes

    Free audit

We look at your pages, what you sell and who you are up against, and tell you what is worth posting and how often.

Your part: Send us links to your pages and a sentence on what you sell.

  2. Step 2 · Same week

    Plan and fixed price

A written plan: the content pillars, how many posts a month, who writes them, and one fixed monthly figure. It also lists what is not included.

Your part: Read it, and tell us what to change.

  3. Step 3 · Weeks 1 to 2

    First month of content

We agree your brand voice, build the templates and the calendar, and write the first batch. You approve before anything is scheduled.

Your part: Approve the first calendar, and send any photos or notes you have.

  4. Step 4 · Every month after

    Run and report

Posts go out on schedule, comments get answered, and you get a report you can follow on what worked.

Your part: Read the report, and tell us what is selling.

Our commitment

Three commitments that come with every plan.

Whichever plan you choose, these are written into the agreement and they do not move.

  • A written monthly plan before any work starts, including how many posts, and what is not covered.
  • Your social accounts stay in your name. Nothing is held back, and you keep every follower and every post.
  • You see and approve each calendar before it goes out, and you can leave at the end of any month.

Pricing

How the price of social media management is built.

Social media is not one job with one price. Four things decide the number.

  • How many posts a month you want, and on how many platforms.
  • Whether we write and design the posts, or you supply the material.
  • How much photography or video is involved.
  • How much comment and message replying you need covered.

You get a fixed monthly figure after the audit, agreed in writing, and it will not change without your agreement.

Straight answers

The things people ask before they start.

  • I do not have time to give you content.

That is the whole point. Most clients send rough notes, a few photos and the odd idea, and we turn them into posts. If you can spare 30 minutes a month to approve the calendar, that is usually enough.

  • How do you know what to post?

We start from what you sell and what your customers actually ask you. The audit and the first call set your content pillars, so the posts answer the real questions buyers have.

  • Which language will the posts be in?

Whichever your customers use. Many Hong Kong businesses want both, and we handle either, or a mix of the two.

  • How long before it makes a difference?

A steady presence builds slowly, the way SEO does. The first weeks are about looking alive and being consistent. Enquiries tend to follow once people start to recognise and trust the page.

  • Can I still post my own things?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Anything you want to announce quickly, you post yourself. We keep the calendar, so nothing clashes.

  • My last agency posted the wrong things.

That is common, and the fix is approval. You see and sign off each calendar before it goes out, so nothing is published that you have not seen first.

Questions

More questions we get asked.

What does social media management actually include?

The plan, the posts, the design, the schedule and the replies. Each month you approve a calendar, we publish it, we handle comments and messages on working days, and we send you a report.

Which platforms do you manage?

Usually Facebook and Instagram for Hong Kong start-ups and growing businesses, and sometimes LinkedIn or a messaging channel. We pick based on where your customers actually are.

Do I own the accounts and the content?

Always. The accounts stay in your name, and every post, image and caption is yours. If you stop, you keep all of it.

Who writes the posts?

We do, from the notes and photos you send. If you would rather write them yourself, we can schedule what you give us instead.

How many posts a month?

It depends on the platform and the plan. We agree a number in the written scope and stick to it. We would rather publish a few good posts than fill a grid with filler.

Do you reply to comments and messages?

On working days, in the tone you approve. Anything sensitive or sales-related is flagged for you to approve first.

What do you need from me each month?

A short note on anything new, any photos you want used, and approval of the calendar. About 30 minutes a month, in most cases.

Can you also run our ads?

Yes, but as a separate service with its own budget. See the Meta Ads page, or ask on the call.

Every engagement runs on the same four steps, from the free audit to the monthly report. The process page sets them out, and says what you get at each one.

30 minutes. No pitch deck. You keep the findings either way.

  • A 30-minute call where we look at what you have now.
